Summary
However, he never expected it to be this - agonizing, miserable, and soul-consuming pain. Hot blood streaming down his back, staining his pale skin rosy pink. Liam could barely hold himself up as he stumbled down the mountain. Legs shaking and body swaying as he tried, and failed, to adjust to his newfound balance. The earlier dose of adrenaline that consumed his whole being when he was downgraded to a prey was starting to wear off, his chest heaved with every breath like it was his last and his muscles screaming in excruciating pain with each step.
Liam grasped at the stones, claws digging into the rock, leaving a trail of marks as he cascaded down the mountain to the isolating forest below - his exile. His hands were stained with blood from his gashing wound on his back, muscles exposed and a waterfall of blood flowing from it, that he managed to stop with desperate hands and old cloth. A temporary fix to a permanent problem.
Or Liam was destined to fall, can he learn how to fly again?

Just to wake up in the picture perfect town of Wayward Pines, where everyone seems as happy as could be. However, George doesn't by the bucolic facade, his new friends and neighbors put up. Especially that of Max Verstappen the towns heir apparent and according to everyone around him, George's new mate.
Arvid has spent his entire life inside of Wayward, preparing for the day he would join the community as a full adult member and learn all the secrets that keep the machine that he calls home operation, but now that he's seen the truth he can't unsee it. With his assigned mate Liam at his side, Arvid isn't sure whether to embrace the happy life he's been trianed for all along. Or to face the monster in the closet and leave everything he's ever known.

Summary
Once the spell is done, he searches for the page with the protection spell that he put on Isack the previous day. He cross examines the two spells, and they're almost identical. The only difference is that the protection spell calls for the blood of the recipient, while the love spell calls for the blood of the person facing the unrequited love.
And Pepe used his blood as a replacement for Isack's.
Oh shit…
In an attempt to cast a protection spell on Isack, Pepe accidentally casts a love spell on his best friend instead.
