    Summary

After the fall of Atlas, Team RWBY and Jaune find themselves in a very different kind of fairytale.

    --

This is a RWBY/Critical Role crossover fic. After Volume 8, Team RWBY find themselves in Exandria prior to the Briarwoods arrival in Emon.

It also heavily (like, part of almost every chapter) features Winter and Qrow trying to get their family back at any cost.

How will team RWBY being here affect Exandria as a whole?

Things are certainly about to be different.

An AU covering the question of "What if Ruby was captured during the fall of beacon?" And then adding 100x the angst.
TW ruby does get fucked up in this one. Graphic depictions of violence and mental anguish is a theme.
Side story of emerald trying and failing to keep simping for cinder.

    Summary

Natasha Romanoff's life was one long, continuous traumatic experience. She learned early on that trusting anyone or anything only led to pain.

As fate would have it, she crossed paths with an archer in a Belgrade alley, and it changed everything.

He offered her a way out. A second chance. Freedom.

If only she can trust that it's real.

    -------------------------------------

Clint Barton wasn't planning on bringing home a traumatized assassin the way other people would adopt a cat. It just kinda happened that way.

He is in no way qualified for this. She needs professional help, not some circus brat with a bow.

    Trust is hard.

But maybe he can teach her how, the way someone once did for him.
