Grace wants to spend the day hunting for buried treasure, following clues through a museum and dragging Danny and Steve along for the ride.
Danny expects pirates, mermaids, questionable amounts of glitter, and at least one argument with Steve.
He does not expect a compass pointing home, strangers repeatedly mistaking them for a family, or the increasingly unavoidable realization that somewhere along the way, Steve McGarrett stopped feeling temporary.
Apparently, the treasure hunt isn’t the only mystery they’ve been trying to solve.
