“Yes, Tom, that’s what having sex with other men means,” Ryland says slowly.
“Woah. Dude, so, like—are you gay for me? You gotta be, I mean, you’re, y’know—you probably want to have sex with me, right? Since I’m a dude and I’m, like, totally gorgeous. Right? Do you think I’m hot?”

Summary
Rocky knows Grace is acting strangely. He's easily annoyed, shaky, and extremely fatigued. He can't seem to get warm or stay awake or get rid of a very persistent headache, so focusing on work is out of the question. Most of all, he's being uncharacteristically irritable. Rocky has seen these problems before and knows that if he would just eat something and drink some water, he'll feel better, so he's frustrated by his stubborn refusal to do either.
However, Rocky doesn't know enough about human biology to know that these symptoms don't always mean a missed meal, and Grace is more than just hangry. His burn wound is infected, but Rocky doesn't know that what Grace is displaying are symptoms of illness, so he doesn't see how serious his complaints really are until it's almost too late.
Rocky POV because I love him so bad. Title is a Dessa song of course
