Nagito shifted under the covers. "Do you know René Descartes?"
“I guess.” Hajime furrowed his brows. “Cogito ergo sum.”
“Yes, cogito ergo sum.” Nagito echoed, “It’s a philosophical concept he reached by locking himself up in a room away from all distractions from society. Traditions, customs, obscurantism. His goal was to start from zero. Rebuild his whole philosophy from what he knew to be real. That’s where his first conclusion came from. I think therefore I am.”
“So... you’re changing your philosophy, then? What’s your new take on hope and despair?”
“I don’t know, Hinata-kun...” Nagito smothered himself with his own pillow. “So far, I’ve just been sleeping.”
After the Neo World Program, Nagito Komaeda poses as a philosopher by drowning in guilt and painkillers and locking himself up in a room until everyone hopefully forgets about his miserable existence. Unfortunately for him, Hajime Hinata doesn't mind playing philosopher with him and clearly plans on doing something about his state.

you may be just waking up, but something about timothy is definitely off— starting with his usual clean, sophisticated suit. he’s in pajamas it appears, a loosely fitting t-shirt with a neckline stretched so wide you can see a peak down, onto his slim, flushed chest.
