    It all started with a concussion. And not even that bad of a concussion, all things considered.

    The doctors and nurses were kind enough to look the other way when it came to the obvious inebriation and illicit drug use, but made Grace promise to be more careful and sent him on his way with an NSAIDS and some care instructions.

    A week later, the dreams began. And for the first time, but certainly not the last, Grace woke up with a nosebleed, harder than he'd been in years.

    "What do you mean?" He grabs his brothers by his shoulders, looking into his extremely dilated pupils. "Did you take a pill from a stranger?"
    Ryland smiles in a sneaky way, the same way he used to when they were kids and Court would find him in the middle of an experiment that involved blowing something up. "Just one."
