Summary
Yoo Joonghyuk is a saint chosen by the heavens for the Holy War. Once his crusade comes to an end, he must fulfill one final task: kill the Demon King of Salvation—a reclusive Demon King who has not been seen for millennia.
But just as he is about to complete his task, he sees himself reflected in the Demon King and decides to spare him, defying fate by taking him as a spoil of war.
Kim Dokja, however, has other plans. Tired of living, he pursues the saint in order to reach his glorious end: to die at the hands of a saint.
In the meantime, the two come to know each other better and challenge the fate that has been imposed upon them.

The second is the dooming realization that he has terrible taste in men.
Or: in which Yoo Joonghyuk confuses sexual tension with anger issues while Kim Dokja's censored face annoys the life out of him, so he takes matters into his own hands, quite literally, to get rid of it (and it works).

"Am I going to die now?" Kim Dokja asked with apparent calm, feeling the protagonist's hand tighten around his throat.
"You won't die... not until I decide."

Or, Kim Dokja transmigrates into the body of a cannon fodder prince in a trashy novel. Being the loyal reader he is, he decides to take the protagonist under his wing and give him a happily ever after with his female lead.
But, things don't seem to quite work out the way he wants them to, do they?
... he really shouldn't have overestimated himself. Is it too late for him to run away?

Summary
Kim Dokja didn't really expect to wake up. Much less in a trashy two bit four thousand word novel as the bride to be of a tyrant that would brutally murder him in five months time. His solution? To die on his own terms.
It wouldn't make much of a difference if it was in his world or this world. Except his new husband was very keen on keeping him alive for his own amusement.
Death by jumping? Archduke Yoo would catch him. Every. Single. Time. Death by poison? That bastard would personally make him meals from now on. Death by assassin? Archduke Yoo was not the strongest man in the kingdom for no reason.
Not to mention the fact that the archduke was wildly clingy, always smothering him in hugs or kisses. What was he to do except find a way to be rid of his husband's curse before he was turned into a pile of gore.
