Summary
Physical intimacy is natural to Yuuji. For Sukuna, it is not. Whenever the boy is touching someone, Sukuna clicks his tongue. Aloud. And the human brain is a funny thing. Repetition creates long-term memories and affects your habits. So, naturally, Yuuji starts to associate Sukuna's noises with something that indicates bad behavior. And he becomes aware of it.
