Summary
On returning from Mount Weather, Clarke wanted to run away and pay penance for her actions, but Bellamy convinced her that she hadn't acted alone. Bellamy and Monty were as much responsible for destroying the mountain as her. Clarke remains in Arkadia with them.
When Lexa betrayed Clarke at the foot of the mountain, a being of white-hot vengeance was born. Clarke carefully cages the existence of that beast of fire within her core. There it waits, whispering promises of bloodshed and revenge. That inferno sometimes bursts forth unbidden, but in its wake she is left blissfully cold and empty. Void of emotions.
Like most things, the fire of vengeance becomes a tool Clarke must use to reach her end-goal. The goal of obliterating Lexa.
