Summary
Fëanor crafted three Silmarils, and within each of them lies a story shaped by the hands they passed through and the places they were led to.

Summary
'The Black Foe shall bring his darkness and his war south, and Finrod Felagund will fall, and then we shall have our final farewell. Until that time I will remain, to await the coming of my friend and king.’
Bëor the Old lingers in the Halls of Mandos after his death, waiting to be reunited one last time with Finrod before he takes the mortal road beyond the Circles of Arda.
He ends up lingering a good while longer than expected, and he witnesses a little more of the First Age than he was supposed to and encounters quite a few people he was never meant to meet.

Summary
The respawn system happens to hiccup just as Scout’s molecules are being pieced back together after a brutal encounter with the enemy Spy, leaving him closer to death—actual, real death—than he’d like.
Medic’s verdict on his recovery is downright miraculous, safe for one small, insignificant detail: the Spy had slit Scout’s throat, cutting his vocal cords clean in half.
Scout will never speak again.
