Summary
After an accidental dosing of aphrodisiac flowers, Shen Qingqiu falls upon Yue Qingyuan like a rabid dog and is welcomed into his arms without hesitation. The event leaves them even more strained after, but there's also another side effect. Deep in Yue Qingyuan's body, a tiny light ignites, and he would tear the world apart to protect it.
There's no need to inform Shen Qingqiu of this development. Yue Qingyuan, as always, will handle his own affairs without bothering his most important person with matters that would only upset him. This will definitely not lead to later hardships.

Shizun is tucked inside of Luo Binghe’s bed, eyes shut and face pale. Luo Binghe hadn’t known where else to put him.
He doesn’t know what to do.
He’s so tired.
“My boy,” a voice that’s gently weathered by age like an old map says. It sounds the way Luo Binghe imagines a grandfather ought to sound. “You’ve had a very long day.”
Luo Binghe only realizes that he’s closed his eyes when he opens them. How long has he been standing in place?
The Old Palace Master looks at him with an air of concern, as if Luo Binghe is a child that has hurt himself. Not a monster covered in his Shizun’s blood.

In the wake of Shen Qingqiu's death, the Old Palace Master decides to take what he thinks is an opportunity. Luo Binghe makes him regret it.

Honestly, poor Liu Qingge! He must be humiliated, having been forced to commit such acts with a man. And Luo Binghe will likely cry a full liter of tears over this…
Getting up, he brings the blue robe with him and wanders off in search of his martial brother - he’s an experienced enough homo by this point to ignore the ache from earlier, vigorous activities. What Liu Qingge had lacked in size (at least, compared to the incomparable protagonist) he had more than made up for with enthusiasm and athletic prowess!
He finds Liu Qingge quickly. Kneeling by a river, fully clothed - oh, good, he must have cleaned up. And now he’s holding Cheng Luan--?
Shen Qingqiu sprints forwards as soon as he realizes that Liu Qingge is shifting his grip on the hilt to position his sword, point first, against his very own stomach.

“I’m afraid not,” Mu Qingfang says, shaking his head. “A curse of compulsion, with dire consequences for disobedience… I’ve heard of many similar things, but not exactly this.”
“For all we know, the perpetrator invented this little trap just for us,” Shen Qinqiu says, tapping his fan dangerously. “Tailormade to ruin us.”
“I have no secrets to hide,” Liu Qingge says, and lifts his chin challengingly at Shen Qingqiu, who bristles in return. “Do you?”
“Ah, Liu-shidi, if you don’t have any secrets then you should get some real quick!” Shang Qinghua says with bright, manic cheer, his smile and his eyes a little too wide. “The consequences for not meeting the curse’s requirements would be very very bad!”
