Summary
Merlin suffers a small accident that turns him into a five-year-old kid. While Gaius works on an antidote, Arthur agrees to take care of Merlin, unaware that he will embark on a crazy week in which, thanks to this strange and at the same time familiar child, he will get to know his servant better and begin to understand what he really feels for Merlin.
This is a tale full of Arthur being protective, of Merlin being Merlin, and of the two of them being the best duo in the history of television. It contains magically appearing chickens, overly sincere children, princes wanting to be swallowed up by the earth, veiled confessions, bedtime stories, entrenched secrets and agonizing doubts. Featuring Gwen being the kindest and most generous soul in Camelot and Lancelot and Gwaine being the great friends that they always are. The rest of the knights, Gaius, and a decrepit Uther complete the scene.
Warning: in this story everyone adores Merlin. After all, isn't this what the original show is about?

Summary
Merlin has lived - though he'd be hard pressed to call it that lately - on the outskirts of Avalon for several lifetimes. It's sometime in the late 17th century when rumor reaches him of a man claiming to have nearly been snatched by the fair folk, and he knows he must investigate. What he finds on the Isle of Avalon is... miraculous to say the very least. Yet despite how long and how deeply he's hoped for such a thing, there's something about this wondrous event that isn't quite right. Merlin struggles to balance his better judgement against his selfish wants, but he knows fate is a fickle thing that won't be ignored.

Summary

Summary

Summary
Returning after a journey that kept them far from Camelot for many weeks, Merlin finds himself dutifully trailing a strangely reticent Arthur to his chambers. Once inside he expects things to proceed as they normally would - a meal, a bath, getting Arthur settled for bed - but that mercurial mood persists and things progress in a (welcome) direction that Merlin certainly didn't expect.
