Peter’s on the verge of laughing, wanting to join Wade in his amusement, but he freezes. His entire body goes still. He finds himself staring at a roof three buildings over, not even looking at anything. Two blocks away, a car alarm finally shuts off.
“I never told you that,” Peter says, the realization startling him.
Or: Peter's starting to realize just how much Wade knows about him.

They take a step forward, Red Hood twitches and his hands raise subconsciously. Almost as to put them out in peace offering or an attempt to stop Damian from jumping , which Hood can’t do.
“Kid.” Nightwing. Tries to coax him into smoothness, into relax . Damian knows better than to sway to soft spoken words , especially his name . His mother would do the same but the outcome would be treacherous several almost fatal wounds and days without getting fed. So no he does nothing but glare at Nightwing. -

Tim is a reasonable person.

The whole nine yards. Sure, he has his moments, but overall, he reacts pretty rationally to things.But watching his baby brother begging his Baba not to hurt him while Bruce insists he needs to "learn a lesson" via a forceful dose of a fear toxin mask?
Well, the bats didnt kill- but that rule didnt apply to Batman himself right??
Because, by god, Tim had never been closer to tearing someone's throat out with his bare teeth.(TLDR: Tim sneaks into the cave, watches an incident and goes ape shit against Batman himself to protect his baby brother- hurt/comfort ensues with Batfam

Ler isso foi adorável e tão bom que o fim me deixa insatisfeito, não por sua qualidade mas simplesmente por acabar. Que me dera a história não estivesse marcada como de Órfã, porque eu adoraria ler mais do/a autor/a.
O final foi doce e surpreendente. Pérolas são encontrandas no mais profundo, obscuro e escondido dos lugares. Esse fandom tem várias dessas pérolas. Essa definitivamente é uma pérola, bem escondida, mas totalmente linda.

She was okay. She still coughed flowers and she essentially stopped talking at all, the vines, roots and thorns still dug at her skin like razor blades everytime she tried to speak. She would still spit blood with petals whenever she coughed and wasn't able to eat much solid food due to the small cuts the thorns caused in her throat. However… It was getting better. At least that's what everyone said.
