Naomi is tired.
Castiel has been a pain in her neck since practically the beginning. She has filled out millions, and she means millions, of Incident Reports regarding a certain Angel of Thursday. In fact, there are so many reports that they have eighty filing cabinets in Heaven just for him. At this point, Castiel deserves his own special kind of report.
From now on, any Castiel related incidents must be marked as so: CIR
Recently, Naomi has received a very alarming number of CIRs. Along with the unrelated news of a Nephilim's conception, she has her work cut out for her.
Written in the form of reports or decrees crossing Naomi's desk to fill in the reader on what the Angels think is happening during "I Believe The Children Are Our Future."

Summary
Three weeks ago Dean had his first heat post-Hell which he shared, against the advice of Sam and Bobby, with a certain Angel of the Lord.
Newly mated, Dean and the rest of 'Team Free Will' (along with the help of Heaven) race against the Demon hordes to stop them from breaking the 66 seals meant to keep Lucifer in the cage.
The Biblical Apocalypse looms closer with each day that passes and each seal that's broken.
And if that weren't enough, Angels, Demons, and every other supernatural creature is on the edge of their seat with the news that a Nephilim has come into being. Each side hoping to either kill the abomination or use it to win the war.
Oh, did Dean mention he’s pregnant.

Summary
After a very awkward car ride with a heat drunk Dean, Sam and Cas successfully deliver Dean to Bobby Singer's to finish out his heat.
Dean, mostly sober and mortified, would like nothing more than for Cas to help him through it. And while Cas seems eager to please, Bobby and Sam are not so thrilled with the idea.

Six months after the dust has settled on the whole custody issue, the Winchesters are figuring out what life is supposed to look like outside of the hunting world. As usual, Dean and Sam operate in tandem, like a well-oiled machine when it comes to caring for Jax. Dean appreciates Sam's devotion, but he wants his little brother to take full advantage of their clean start in life. Dean knows Sam adores his nephew, but he also knows they both need more.
