Mr Dursley always sat with his back to the window in his office on the ninth floor. He didn’t see the fish swooping past in the bright blue waters morning sunlight. During his lunch break as he swam back to his office with kelp-ball clutched in his paw he passed a few otters in odd cloaks, seeing an otter in clothing by itself was odd but cloaks? He thought to himself.
He caught a few words of what they were saying. ‘ The Otters, that’s right, that’s what I heard –’ ‘– yes, their son, Harry –’ Mr Dursley stopped dead.
