    Summary

The time comes for Hiccup to finally prove himself in front of all of Berk, and he knows he can't do it. He won't do it. Convinced there is no way he could ever change people's minds about dragons, he runs away from home into the great wide world.

Meanwhile, life on Berk carries on much the same. How much of a difference could one scrawny little boy have made anyway? Five years after the chief's son's disappearance, how much of a difference can Astrid Hofferson make in the war against the dragons?

This is the story of Hiccup, and how he became the elusive Dragon Master. It is also the story of Astrid, Snotlout, and everyone else, if a certain very strange enchanted boy had departed from their lives too early.

    or

Alternating chapters between Astrid five years later as she tries to find the rumoured Dragon Master; and different people's accounts of a very strange boy who shows up out of nowhere, disappears without a trace, and calls himself Hamish.

Mornings had always been hard for William. He'd wake up and immediately feel exhausted, wanting nothing more than to wrap his blankets tightly around himself and fall back asleep, acting as if the world outside of his warm bed didn't even exist at all.

    Summary

Peter Parker is trying to stick with the small stuff, like saving cats in trees and helping people cross the street after Tony Stark saved the universe. Unfortunately, the race for NYC's next mayor threatens to swallow the city into chaos and only he seems to actually want to stop it.

An alternate universe Spider-Man taking major influence from the MCU and the Insomniac Games but not really sitting in either. No MJ or Ned.
