Summary
Rumi spits it out before she can hesitate, such an awkward girl who left all the notes cards and perfectly planned speeches behind like Celine knew she would. “I’m pregnant.” Zoey’s mouth drops open, a low noise emitting from her throat. Celine tilts her gaze to Mira who has finally stopped standing. She’s slumped to her knees in shock. Celine can see her doing the math, then the realization even as Rumi plows on. “It’s Mira’s.”
A drunken moment leads to history repeating itself.
An AU of my delve into Celine and Rumi. This happens a few years before the movie. Rumi makes the same mistakes her mother does, she forgets to use protection. Only these hunters won't let history repeat itself quite like Celine's generation.
