“What else did you hear?” Johnny whispered between kisses, unable to help himself. Simon had moved from his mouth to the side of his neck, fabric of the balaclava scratching against the whiskers there. He usually kept himself a bit more clean-shaved, but the pull of Simon’s face against the hair was intoxicating. Johnny swore a straight razor would never touch his jaw again.
“Mmm?” Simon nosed behind Johnny’s ear, free hand trailing down his side and rubbing with intent at the taught muscles of his obliques. The press of each fingertip burned, as if Simon were reaching inside his body and touching the deepest parts of himself. Johnny thought that he wouldn’t mind if that were true, would actually enjoy being known and possessed by his lover in such a fashion.
“With Rudy,” Johnny clarified, leaning more into Simon’s touch. He let his hands explore Simon’s back, enamoured with the wide shoulders and the delicate curve of his spine. “What else did you hear us talking about?”
Simon’s grin was evident against his mouth, mask doing little to conceal the excited bare of his teeth. “Wouldn’t you like to know, sweetheart.”

Eddie purposefully placed the box between himself and Buck as he exited the room. “I’ll be around,” he gave as a non-answer. His heart was screaming yes, but he wasn’t quite ready to trust his instincts on this one yet.
“Looks like it,” Buck shot back, definitely looking.
Eddie resisted the urge to preen under his gaze, shifting the box again to sit in front of his body. “Yup.”
Just when he thought that he was in the clear, Eddie felt a warm hand curl around his shoulder. It felt electric, like a direct line to the beat of his heart.
“Friday,” Buck offered, confident and eager when Eddie raised a questioning eyebrow at the caveman-like grip.

Johnny grinned, big and wide and shining, even in the dark closet. Hook, line, and sinker.
“Old enough to know better,” he answered, shifting his stance to slide a knee between Simon’s thighs where he leaned against the wall.“I think that’s my line,” Simon murmured, before releasing his hold on Johnny’s tie and moving his hand all the way up his chest, around the back of his neck, and settling in the ends of his halfway grown-out mohawk. Without another word, he shoved the other man to his knees.

Ghost grit his teeth, his jaw shifting under the mask. “Well, it’s not Soap’s fault.”
“Right,” Price affirmed. “This is just part of the job. He knew that. Knows that.”
What Ghost wanted to say is that knowing something is possible and actually having that something happen to you are two entirely different things. This was something that Ghost knew, well and personally. He had known all of his life that he wasn’t built for human contact, and certainly not a relationship. He knew that he was a difficult man, and that it was possible he’d die alone. He only began to think that something else might be possible, even probable, after meeting Johnny.
With Johnny’s sweet, soft touches, with his kind and encouraging words, with his desperate little pants and moans of pleasure. It was never something that Simon had ever allowed himself to consider, let alone want with every fiber of his being.
Or, Ghost brings up the possibility of retirement right before Soap gets captured on a mission. He's not sure either of them will live to see the other side of that conversation.

This isn’t rare for them— the cuddling, at least. Jayce is a touchy guy. He’s most grounded when he’s in contact with someone, and since he and Viktor basically live in each other's pockets, it’s usually him.
So sometimes when they pull a late night at the lab, they crash together at one of their places. They share a bed when they do, in the interest of both getting restful sleep, and inevitably end up in some form of physical contact. They just have that kind of friendship; when you spend enough time together, eventually your boundaries get a little weird.

Summary
When Ghost and Soap began their courting, Ghost hadn't thought much of it. Many couples these days were very loose and carefree when it came to relationship traditions. He had thought Soap would be much of the same.
Only, Soap had shyly told him that with the way he had been raised, pre-bonding sex wasn't allowed, their first time should be when they sealed their mating bond, and that couples should wait at least two years before they bonded.
That was fine. Ghost was a patient man. He could wait.
Both of them were disciplined enough to wait.
