“Link! You’re hurt!”
“I’m fine, Sid—”
“In the mouth of a demon dragon? Absolutely not, you were nearly crunched!” Sidon whirls around. “Quickly! Does somebody have a healing elixir for His Majesty?”
His Majesty.
His Majesty.
And that’s when Zelda realizes—it’s not her Sidon and the Royal Guard are addressing.
It’s Link.
___
Six months after the Upheaval, a weakened and dismayed Link appears in Zora's Domain.
With no sign of Zelda, Impa follows the wish of Hyrule's previous sovereign, and names him king.

"I mean, I did think that maybe vigilantism is actually good for you in terms of, like, self-actualization or whatever, but - have you been seeing a therapist or something? Good talks with your priest?"
(Or, it's weird how weird things aren't between Matt and Foggy. Particularly when they're talking about boners.)

Alright. Merlin’s going to be honest. Is the absolute best at hiding his magic from people? No. Is he a damn sight near better than some other bastards would be if they had his magic? Yes, yes, he is, thank you very much. They would do quite well to remember that he is magic, and he’s had it since he was born, so he knows what he’s doing when it comes to knowing that he has it. Yes, thank you, he doesn’t go around doing every single thing he could with magic because well, then he’d never get to do much of anything ever again.
And that would be boring.

Summary
After Arthur is attacked by sorceress, Merlin is the only one who thinks Arthur might be enchanted. Why won't anyone else realize how strange the prince is acting? And why does everyone keep laughing when Merlin tells them that Arthur is being weirdly nice?
Or: Prince Arthur is hit with a very selective truth spell, that only makes him want to be honest with the person he cares for most. Merlin can't figure out why Arthur is only acting weird around him, and secret spilling ensues.
