Summary
“I didn’t say I was going to break you.” If Baku pushed any further, he'd be pressing his body against Sieg's. They’d slot together perfectly, like he’d said. It wasn’t that Sieg wasn’t intimidated, or even that Baku was trying to intimidate him. If he wanted to do that, a gun to the forehead would’ve sufficed, and Baku already knew that wouldn’t get him what he wanted. “I’m going to pick up every broken, shattered piece of you and I am going to put you back together.”

“You don’t like red wine? Why didn’t you say so? I wouldn’t have popped open my Giuseppe Quintarelli then! It was expensive as fuck!”
“It didn’t come out of your own pocket, Hyung.”
Seokjin mockingly gasps.
“That’s…that’s unfair! So untrue! How can you assume things like that! You think a middle aged, wealthy man wouldn’t have been able to afford such luxury-“
“I saw Jung-soon leave your apartment last week. How many suitors have left you courting gifts by now?”
Namjoon says, rolling his eyes so far back that Seokjin wonders if he can see the outlines of his own bullshit ideas. It was always ‘mate’ this, or ‘boyfriend’ that, or ‘get a heat partner before you fucking die by your induced fever.’
(It’s the 40th person so far. He refuses to admit that he’s still counting.)
Or, Seokjin's a 37 year old rejected omega at the height of his career. Enter, 23 year old Jungkook, the muscular underpaid intern™ who encounters his boss in an unexpected visit during his side hustle.

He was supposed to be broke, invisible, normal. Not the reason everyone he cared about suddenly matched in purple.
₊✩‧₊˚౨ৎ˚₊✩‧₊
“Red connections on the PackMatch Smartwatch indicate romantic capability… blue for lifestyle stability…” the voice said. Something about the spectrum turning purple when both bond types were aligned—blah blah blah, everyone knows this.
Yoongi sat through the fake psychological tech terms like bond mapping and affinity calibration, only half-listening. He only agreed to the social experiment for the cash. 300 bucks and a free Pack Match smartwatch—just for wearing the thing, tracking some “scent interest” and “heart rate” data, and scribbling out a few journal entries.

Or oblivious Yoongi finds out everyone likes him. The softest of Yoongi-centric omegaverse fics.

Summary
Min Yoongi has built a life of clean lines and quiet control. He is an architect who trusts precision, and a man who values his solitude. When a sudden, violent event in a familiar hallway shatters his orderly world, the life he designed for himself begins to crumble from the inside out.
Suddenly, the tools he’s always relied on—his sharp mind, his steady hands, his own body—begin to betray him in small, terrifying ways. Words slip away, balance falters, and the future becomes a landscape he can no longer map.
Through the slow, frightening unraveling, he is not alone. Held in the unwavering orbit of his six childhood friends, he finds a different kind of architecture: one made of patience, silent watchfulness, and stubborn, gentle care. As he grapples with impossible choices and the loss of everything he took for granted, they become the scaffold around him.
This is a story about what happens when the foundation of a life gives way. It’s about the quiet terror of losing yourself, and the louder, messier, more beautiful truth of being found by the people who know you best.

Essek's tone is academic, clinical, cold. “It would be pointless to deny that I am attracted to you. And I wouldn’t object if what happened last night would happen again. But I would be grateful if we could keep it between us.”
There’s a beat, then Caleb nods. “I’m fine with keeping it quiet and casual.”
Or how cold, ruthless and lonely Essek Thelyss (a brilliant student with a secret) accidentally makes some friends and falls in love: a Shadowgast college AU.

Summary
Seth Domade had many good qualities. He was human and, as such, could traverse Rexxentrum with ease. He had some unremarkable magical capabilities, so it was not odd that he might, say, use Comprehend Languages to read a book or cast Prestidigitation to clean the muck from his boots.
Seth Domade, however, was not a powerful wizard. He did not wield spells that could disrupt the gravity of an entire street or send his attackers flying into a wall. Seth Domade was a quiet, unassuming man. He spent most of his days editing volumes in the Cobalt Soul’s library, and he looked the part.
Around the time the silence manacles clapped around his wrists, Essek realized he should have dropped the facade of Seth Domade earlier.Series

Summary
Essek discovers that Jester either texts in all capitals, or completely ignores them. There’s no inbetween. He also discovers that there are 238 notifications in the Mighty Nein group chat that he had recently been added to in much pomp and circumstance that he still didn’t really understand. A final discovery is that the celebration of birthdays is a sacred tradition for the Mighty Nein and one he is going to be pulled in on regardless of his opinion on the fact.
An exploration of tradition, culture, what is worth sacrificing in finding yourself and family.

‘Essek,’ Caleb says, very quietly. ‘Are you telling me that you went into this fight convinced you would never get up if you went down?’
Essek places a hand over the centre of his chest, the place where Lucien’s blade hit. The place where Jester’s diamond shattered. ‘Yes.’
(In the battle with the Tombtakers, Essek falls. His friends bring him back. And each of them has a request to make of him.)
