Finally managing to land a golden job opportunity within the security division of Stark industries, Steve wasn't prepared from how much his life would continue to change upon crossing paths with Mister Tony Stark himself.
To Tony, he was a fresh faced newbie eager to impress his superiors. Someone he could profit from as a crutch to fall back when his usual enablers were finally fed up with his antics.
Yet, after a fateful event involving Stark's personal Jericho missile gone wrong, both of their lives are sent in a brand new direction neither one of them could ever have predicted. Perhaps it may even be for the better, the two forming a bond unlike any other they had known before...

This shit took me months to write, and yes, it's finished (93 chapters, 570k words), so I hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I did.
-------------------------------Tony Stark has saved the universe once. He has absolutely no intention of doing it the same way twice.
Tony Stark remembers how the world ends.
He remembers the battles, the losses, the people he couldn’t save, and the snap that cost him everything. He remembers dying.
So naturally, waking up in the past should be the easy part.
Except somehow, someway, someone messed things up, and apparently the universe has decided that giving Tony Stark a second chance means giving everyone else a very, very bad day.
Oops.
This time, Tony isn’t interested in playing the same old game. No more waiting for disasters to happen. No more letting powerful people hide behind classified files and impressive acronyms. And absolutely no more watching humanity stumble into the future when he can drag it there himself.
