He reclines on his throne (a plastic chair with somebody's fur coat on it.)

Dabi's eyes crinkle, he's smiling so hard. Oh, fuck this shit. Hawks is out. (Hawks wishes. Can't be seen leaving the scene of an active hostage situation though--)
