Summary
The plot of *Twilight* is unfolding, yet Bella Swan has not even set foot inside the school in Forks. However, the body of Lauren Mallory is now inhabited by Veronika—a twenty-nine-year-old investigator who specializes in "suspiciously convenient accidents." Hidden under her bed are clues concerning the Cullens, along with letters from a mysterious "L." At a nearby table in the cafeteria sits a telepath; to avoid giving herself away, Veronika must mentally recite Pushkin. A dangerous game of silence lies ahead, where a single careless word could cost her her life.
In the original story, Lauren was merely a minor character—a gossip who would vanish the moment things got truly frightening. Veronika has no intention of hiding. Eight years of cold, pragmatic investigative work—even in a world of vampires and within the body of an eighteen-year-old girl—have taught her how to wage a quiet war: feign ignorance, keep her thoughts under lock and key, untangle the dangerous "legacy" left behind by the body’s former owner, and learn to coexist with Jasper, who senses far too much. To survive someone else’s game, one must set one’s own rules.

Being Isekai'd into Apothecary Diaries was not on your to-do list for the year. How do you handle palace drama, an overbearing 'eunuch', and an apothecary hell bent on sticking her nose where it doesn't belong? You obviously go right along with the shenanigans!

Summary
Lady Ellynor Cuy is no warrior or lady knight. Instead, her power comes from the edge of a quill and the tip of her tongue. She’ll thank the old gods and the new every day that there is no such thing as copyright laws in Westeros.
