“What would you do for your birthday? If you could do anything?” Kon asked.
Tim glanced back over. “I… I don’t know.”
“Come on, man, the world’s your oyster, dream big.”
“I think… I think I would just want to go to the arcade with a couple friends and eat junk food,” Tim admitted, rubbing the back of his neck. “Is that totally lame?”
“Sounds like a good birthday to me,” Kon said. “But what would I know? I’ve never had one.”
“On account of the whole…” Tim gestured vaguely.
“Illegal clone thing, yeah,” Kon said, taking another sip of champagne.
“We could get you one. A birthday, that is,” Tim said.
Kon blinked. “What?”
“I mean, I’ve basically already admitted to having a fake ID, I’m certain I could get you a fake birth certificate, ID, school transcripts,” Tim said.
Kon lowered the bottle slowly. “…and why would you do that?”
Tim’s an expert in multi-tasking; who said fake-dating, investigating an ex-teammate, and helping Superboy get a civilian identity can’t go hand in hand?

They also wrote "yourself or someone like you", and for both fics they have really amusing and strong chatactetization. Though in this one Clark is part of the numerous adults who have messed up in considering, or really not considering Kon and his life and care.In the meantime Tim takes initiative and trips into a relationship and then starts to day dream about villainy might just solve.all of Kon's and his friends problems.

Tim wakes up inexplicably in his two-year-old body. Which: odd. But just think, how many people would kill to have an opportunity to redo their life! And Tim has so much he wants to change, so much he wants. He wants to feel important to Bruce. He wants to be Dick's favorite. He wants Jason (his childhood hero) to think he's cool. He wants Damian to need him. And really, is it manipulation if his family benefits from it?
Or: He was halfway through the second trash can, when a startled “Good lord” caught him off guard. Tim glanced up, the rhythmic sucking of his pacifier coming to a still at the sight of a black Rolls Royce idling at the side road that lead to Wayne Manor. Alfred was staring at him from the over the car top, aghast. “Master Bruce, it’s not a raccoon.”
From the back seat, Bruce Wayne stared at him. Tim stared back.
Or: Tim is side tracked by his actual childish needs and wants, gets a whole bunch of his nannies fired, terrorizes his parents with a series of petty revenges, is an honest employer of one (1) newly minted murderer for hire, endears himself to – and thoroughly weirds out – the Waynes, and is generally just a petty, manipulative, vindictive, smol boy.

Great world building!
The one where Tim is the most precocious 3 year old whose doesn't really know how he got sent back but has no issues making all sorts of changes to better the lives of his friends and family, despite the unknown changes this would lead to in the future.
He has a stuffed bear he loves, and latter a puppy as well.
Slade is a surprising murder uncle that appears when Bruce goes to therapy then starts to open himself up to some last remaining relatives, i.e. Slade's wife.Jason has not appeared yet, but the reast of the family are already making for a full house and adventures galore.
