There’s more than a few betting pools aboard the ship, but Olesya finds this one particularly interesting. Not necessarily that her friends are betting on Director Stratt’s sex life- sex and gossip are the two oldest pastimes in the world, and the beautiful but unapproachable director makes for an interesting target, if only for how little they actually know- but that her name has come up in the mix. Specifically, that her name had come up in the mix and she hadn’t put it there.
“Who bet on me? ” she asks eagerly, bounding up to Annie Shapiro as soon as they have a free moment. Annie giggles and loops an arm through hers.
