    “... Look, kid,” he starts uneasily, fingers twitching with the desire to snatch the cash from this kid’s hands and bolt, “I don’t do kids. You need a special kind of therapist for that.”

    “It is not a session for me,” the boy corrects. “It is for my friend.”

    “... I still don’t treat kids,” Daniel reminds him.

    “He is old,” the boy states concisely.

    “... Huh.”

There Draco decides all he can do is pick up the pieces and try to become someone he, and maybe Harry, can respect.
