Summary
The realm has been lulled into a false sense of security, as of late. The Targaryens have lost their dragons, they are humbled, they are man once more. Amongst themselves, however, in ever dreamy Summerhall, dreary Dragonstone, and the family wing of the red keep, it has never been clearer to the Targaryens, that the hole in their souls left by the unfulfilled bonds of the dragons has irrevocably changed them, has made it clearer than ever, that their connections with their dragons were more than master and servant, for there has never been as many unique personalities in their family before.
A lot could be said about the Targaryens, before they lost their dragons; cruel and callous and irresponsible, but never quite mad. Yet now? It seems they all, have their own unique flavour of madness, and none more unique than aenara. It is a wonder a girl so beautiful could be just so fucking strange.
Or, aenara is a modern soul in Westeros with a face card that never declines, a penchant for plagiarizing Disney musicals and a faded memory of her past life.

Alicent sobs again, the latter half of it bitter and choked as she tries to retain control of herself. “You’ll hate me, Rhaenyra. If you were half wise you’d have my head on a spike.”
Rhaenyra laughs, Alicent still leaning against her, and Rhaenyra’s voice takes on as much sincerity as she can muster. “I’m not sure I know how to hate you.”

Summary
Sirius stopped, looking down at the scrubby little kid sitting on a muggle trash bag on the side of the road. "You okay, kid?" He asked, hoping that this wouldn't take too long. He had a schedule to keep, a Moony to find, and a Headmaster to avoid. Not to mention, he still had to buy everything one needed to house an eight-year-old wizard.
"Fine," the kid sniffled unconvincingly. "I'm just waiting."
"Waiting for what?" There was nothing around, just an old field and some scraggly stone walls that were older than the neighboring village.
"My...godfather," the boy said hesitantly, glancing up. "Sir, um...do you know someone named...Sirius Black?"
After spending seven years in Azkaban, the truth about Peter's betrayal comes to light, and Sirius is released. He's pissed, slightly off his rocker, and determined to bring the remnants of his family back together again. If only it were that easy.
