“His sister is definitely favored by the Fire Lord,” Sokka says irritably. “She was his guard during the Eclipse. And she's incredibly loyal, just like Zuko is. That is, was.”
“No wonder, with that name,” Katara mutters. “What else would you expect from siblings named after the Fire Prince and Princess?”

For a moment he focused on what seemed to be the truth. Zuko was once again seven years old. He was no longer thirty nor was he Fire Lord, so he had to do away with that mindset. Zuko was seven and had just excelled at his first ever Firebending lessons. Azula was five and still unsure of her role in the universe, his Mother was still with him, Ozai was plotting to take the throne, and Aang was twelve and frozen in a block of ice.
Zuko has been Fire Lord for over twenty years when he falls into the past. Quickly realizing he is a combatant in the battle for Azula's soul, he also comes to understand that ---as her older brother--- he has the chance to be the only player in the game.

Summary
“I hate this. I fucking hate this.” Jack stares at the pills in the amber case. “I shouldn’t have to take morphine.”
“I know.”
“No, you don't.” The words come out harsher than he intends them to. “It’s not even there.” He looks down at where his right leg stops just below the knee. Misery and ire making his expression twist. “My leg isn't there, Robby.” It comes out as a strained whisper. “And it hurts.” He holds up the bottle, the pills shifting slightly at the movement. “I have to take morphine because something that isn't there hurts.”
Six months into their relationship, Robby realises that he still has a lot to learn about the issues Jack faces as an amputee. So he learns and just in time for a pain crisis to hit. Jack is stubborn - which makes him the worst kind of patient - but Robby isn't going to let off. Not when the man he loves is hurting.

“Apparently he thinks he’s presumed dead. So getting him a job might cause some problems.” He looks over at Robby. “Is this my problem? How is this my problem?”
It takes Robby a while to answer. “I don’t know that it is. But you don't have to decide today."
Andrew Cody flees California. Jack Abbot focuses on the medicine. Michael Robinavitch maintains equilibrium.

Robby frowns. “Yeah. For your medication review.”
“I’ve got high haematocrit.”
The words click into place almost instantly and Robby feels his stomach drop. “Erythrocytosis…” Jack hums. “Shit baby… Why didn’t you tell me?”
A shift from hell ends with Jack collapsing by the lockers and although he knows why, he's not ready to accept it yet. Robby is there to help his partner through it.

Per their therapists, they both needed to get a hobby. Jack's therapist had said that he needed one to replace the TEMs shifts, and Robby's therapist had said he just needed hobbies, plain and simple.
"I have hobbies," Robby whined, flopping back on Jack's couch with all the dramatics the situation deserved. "I hike and I watch sports with you. Those are hobbies! One's even an outside hobby. Why do I need more?"
"It's bullshit," Jack agreed, handing him a beer. "One's social, one's active. I made the same argument to my therapist and he just said that I needed a hobby with less gunfire and mortal peril."
"Can I just quit therapy?" Robby asked, settling further into Jack's side. "I gave it a fair go, but it's obviously not working out."
And okay, Jack wasn't about to let that happen. It was time to bring out the big guns. "We could do it together. That way we both get a good grade in therapy."
