The Skull wiggled it's fingers at me.

OR
The Skull comes back at the end of Book Five, via body snatching possession shenangians. It more specifically does this by applying for an assistant position within lockwood and co, solely to cause as much chaos as possible. Lucy reacts very normally to this. feat: one stolen body, one slap, one hug, one slightlyyyy jealous lockwood, and one hired assistant

“Hey, at least you’re not the one getting canceled for being a pervert,” Daniel says. “Even though you’re the real dirty old man here, and the biggest fucking pervert I know.”
Armand actually smiles proudly at that.
