So of course, when Dazai skips to the dessert table to find the entire tray of egg tarts empty, he has to go up to the third-floor balcony of this absurdly large mansion to let out his frustrations. "I can't believe I skipped the first episode of Masterchef for this," he groans, still thinking about the reason number seven when he hears the soft sound of crunching beside him.
And when he turns around, Dazai finds a man sitting cross-legged on the floor with the entire plate of egg tarts on his lap and one of said egg tarts in his hand. The white button-up shirt looks absurdly huge on his shoulders and his shoulder-length dark hair partially covers his face. Even so, Dazai thinks he'd find him beautiful.
If it weren't for the fact that the guy was literally eating Dazai's favorite snacks.

Summary
Fyodor is eight, when he meets Dazai. He’s at a chess tournament and Dazai is the only one who has made it worth it. Made it interesting. He’s the only one who is playing at the same level as Fyodor. Fyodor loves chess but he hasn’t felt challenged in what seems like a long time. Not until Dazai, that is.
They’re in the final game. Dazai and Fyodor are two children lost in a world that has nothing to do with anyone but them. Dazai has one of his eyes covered with a bandage. His hair is almost but exactly not the same color as Fyodor’s. He plays aggressively and recklessly and so carefully measured Fyodor feels it all the way to his toes, swinging in their too tight shoes, unable to touch the ground.
They draw.
“I’m Dazai.” Dazai says afterward. Like Fyodor, English is slightly stilted on Dazai’s tongue, rounded awkwardly around different syllables than it should be.
“I’m Fyodor.” Fyodor responds. Dazai mouths Fyodor’s name to himself. “It’s Russian.” Fyodor explains quietly, used to other children not being able to say his name, teasing him.
“Fyodor.” Dazai repeats. “You’re good at chess.” He adds bluntly.
Fyodor feels something stronger than happiness, quiet and content, low in his soul.

Summary
Soukoku, the infamous duo from Yokohama who’d annihilated an organization within one night, were unable to return to their own world anymore.
And so, after grieving for the life, family and friends they couldn’t return to, Soukoku decided to recreate a new home and family in this unfamiliar but black-and-white world they kind of hated; a home slightly similar to what they all had in the past in their previous world; the Port Mafia in Yokohama which operated in the gray.
(In which, Soukoku managed to build a healthier version of Port Mafia—if you see it in a certain point of view—and gain a new family made up of members lost in this black and white society.
Also, Soukoku were undoubtedly whipped for each other).
A/N : I promise this is different from the typical Soukoku going into UA as students story! As they won’t go to UA here and instead focusing on the new Port Mafia. Though, there are still UA and LOV here.

Summary
Varka notices being in Mondstadt isn't doing Lohen any good. The constant reminders of his loss, the idleness and his struggle to deal with his grief and guilt are hurting him more than any Wild Hunt monster ever could. As much as he wished Lohen would be able to adapt to a peaceful life, he knew he had never managed to, not even before the expedition.
Flins worries for Young Master Illuga. Paperwork and reports keep piling on his table and he refuses to share the workload with others. The young man barely even goes outside for patrolling these days. The fae doubted the ratnik would leave his house unless he was forced to.So, the two of them come up with a plan to help their young coworkers, Flins hoping the young knight would be able to get Illuga to share the workload and go outside, and Varka hoping the young ratnik would be able to help Lohen out of his shell.
Well, if anything, Varka would have to admit it was very naive of him to think things would go exactly as he planned when it came to Lohen.
