Summary
All-for-One wins the war, having managed to pause the Rewind quirk at the height of his power. Despite having absolute power, he can't get Hawks, who very nearly brought his downfall, out of his mind. He decides he must force his way into the life and home of sole survivor of the Top 10 and make him his, even if it takes years.
But once he has him, he can't decide if he wants Hawks to resist or give in.
