Summary
After Detective Dick Grayson is found out as an undercover agent in Slade Wilson's mob, he's threatened, manhandled, and then, confusingly, released... only to receive a job offer for something entirely different: as a gymnastics coach to Wilson's daughter Rose. Wilson undoubtedly has ulterior motives, be it punishment or humiliation or even just an opportunity to continue their last meeting, where Dick ended up straddling his thighs, straight razor in hand.
But regardless of Dick's doubts, it's not as if he can just say no to a mob boss.

“You should get to know the Todd boy,” Mom had insisted. “You’re at the same school – I mean, it’s practically divine providence!”
Tim wouldn’t go that far. He’s seen Jason around a few times since he started high school this year and he generally looks mulish and tired, not to mention a foot taller than him. The job his parents have given him tonight – becoming best friends with the second Wayne heir – seems somewhere between optimistic and impossible.
He doesn’t say any of this to his parents, however. He’s no fool.
Or: Tim and Jason meet at a gala. Tim can’t be lonely, even if he doesn’t have any friends at school, cause he’s always surrounded by people. There. Easy. Jason, on the other hand, isn’t just lonely – he’s the street rat in a sea of rich kids, and they make sure he never forgets it. Perhaps divine providence isn’t too inaccurate after all.
Alternatively, the one where Jason gets cast in the school musical, Tim's trying to figure out why Robin's getting bullied, and Jack and Janet Drake are on the hunt. Trouble's afoot...

Ilya, who is staring sightlessly out at the grim Ottawa skyline, does not respond. He hears a cough. Hollander says, “You should be—“
“I heard you first time, Hollander.”
Silence. Then, “Right.”
Ilya does not want to study. All Ilya wants right now is to go home, and perhaps to have a very strong drink. But here in this stupid country his billet family are very insistent about checking that their fifteen year old charge does not drink, smoke, or ever have fun, and from what Ilya can tell they enjoy foisting their equally irritating son on him to ensure that this remains the case. Hollander, to his credit, does not seem particularly enthusiastic about this plan, but that does not make Ilya dislike him any less.

I really like well done golden trio fics, and this is one of the best. Well written, well planned, and with many delicious little tidbits and colorful scenes... and, of course, a lovely supply of tumblr-inspired dark magic. A must read.
