Minsk first met the Lady on the Castle Wulfenbach, which many called the Castle, but was never his Castle. He picked her up and took her to meet the generals, just like any other errand.
Except it wasn't any other errand, because this was the Lady Heterodyne, although he was not technically supposed to know. Minsk was good at his job, though, so he didn’t say a word, even though she smelled very good indeed. He simply took her to the party.
