Summary
Feeling seasick, the Pine brothers decide to investigate an anomaly located in a hotel in New York. The reviews tell tales of their belongings being taken, feeling like they’re being watched at night, and being haunted by ghosts and unidentifiable horrors.
They stop by Gravity Falls just in time to meet their great niece and nephew, who are visiting for the first time in two years, since Weirdmageddon, their uncle's, has finally been in town during the summer. Ford, still desperate to investigate the anomalies in upstate New York, proposes a road trip. The twins accept, Mabel for the family bonding, and Dipper for the thought of new paranormal adventures—and family bonding.

Shen Yuan blinked up at the grey sky.... huh? sky? The last thing he remembered was cursing out that godforsaken novel written by the hack of an author. Oh, that's right, he'd choked on an old meat bun, how embarrassing. A bright greenish screen blinked in front of him, nearly scaring him out of his skin. A line of text was written on it and before he had a chance to read it a voice screeched in his ears. Shen Yuan sat up abruptly from where he was laying on the dirt. He clutched his head in a desperate attempt to at least quiet it down,
"Welcome N002 to the world of Proud Immortal Demon's Way!! :D" The, albeit minimal, cheery tone tied with the google translate voice sent chills down his spine. The Screen then expanded to show a character menu, and from the looks of it, it was his. It read:[Shen Yuan]
[Role: Scum Villain, Shen Jiu's Twin Brother]
[Mission: Die at the Perfect Time to Blacken the Scum Villain to Max!]Shen yuan almost threw up reading those last words,
"Huh?!?" He screamed.- Language:

“You know,” Jason says when he’s recovered from his laughing fit, “I guess now I understand why people say Vegas is the city to do crazy things.”
Peter smirks a little. “I’m pretty certain when people say that they mean something more along the lines of 'marrying a stranger’ than 'revealing your vigilante identity and the most unbelievable thing that's ever happened to you to a stranger you met 12 hours ago.’ ”
A crazy idea starts to form in Jason's brain and a smile start tugging at his lips. ( This is bad idea, but fuck it Peter already knows the worst there is about jason, how bad could this be.)
“Wellll, if that's what you want we can still get married, I mean pretty sure they’ve got 24h chapels around here…”
“Oh. My. God. we should!”

Or what happens when two people who’ve spent most of their lives wearing masks decide to throw caution to the wind and show each other their real faces, blood and bullets and vigilanstim and death and universe hoping and everything else in between; featuring a family on the edge of falling apart, a clown that deserves hell, a fluffy romance plot and, of course, for some reason: the odd visit from a mercenary that simply can’t shut up.
