Hello. Apparently I've ended up in my favorite cartoon-show as you may now guess who... oh come on! A Spinel. Not the canon one though.
My first inspection included a recommendation that I be shattered and recycled. I’m still here because my supervisor had a production quota to meet, so you’ll forgive me if I’m having a little trouble appreciating the whole “favorite cartoon” thing.Now straight to the point -
Permanent physical alteration (kinda) - check
Lame jester suit - check
Absence of basic sense of humour - check
Absurdly mediocre reincarnation - check!Now somehow I'm supposed to learn how to make people happy while trying very hard not to give anyone another reason to shatter me, soo... Enjoy!

Summary
What would you do if you woke up as the most powerful being in the universe? Thats what i ask myself.
I know the story.
I know of the Diamonds, of Homeworld, of how it all ends.
What i don't know is how long i got before those memories begin to disappear as i float endlessly alone.
If I'm going to become White Diamond, then i will do it properly.

Summary
Dr. Starline is ready to start making moves against Dr. Eggman with the help of his brainwashed cyborgs, Surge and Kit. But he’s not as in control of the situation as he thinks. Not only does the pair start learning more than they were supposed to, but the big mission to finally usurp Eggman ends in spectacular failure that leaves Surge off on her own and presumed dead.
She’ll cross paths with a variety of unexpected characters on her journey to try and heal the physical and mental trauma that’s been inflicted upon her and figure out who she is and what she wants out of life. But where will her quest for answers lead her, and what has she left behind in running away?
Continuation of an alternate universe where I take heavy inspiration from the source material and then just do whatever I want and sometimes stuff is really similar but different and sometimes I throw assorted characters and plot points together into something new. This one is of course largely based on the Imposter Syndrome miniseries and its aftermath from the IDW comics, but with plenty of assorted changes to fit it into this universe, and to add more struggle and angst to the relationship between Surge and Kit.
