They’d know what he meant. He hoped they’d know. Someone was kneeling on his shell. He threw an elbow to get them off, but they grabbed his wrists and forced them together, putting something around them that cut into his skin. He kicked out, satisfied for a moment as his foot connected with something soft, and someone grunted. Then they bound his ankles, too, pulling tight – cord or plastic ties or whatever digging into his tendons. He vaguely felt several pairs of hands lifting him before slipping into unconsciousness.

Everyone has secrets.
Starscream, feared Second-in-Command of the Decepticons, has several. One of the most carefully guarded is his embarrassing weakness for anything small, adorable, and easy to spoil.
Bumblebee, loyal Autobot scout, has one too: he has always had a thing for mechs who are bigger, older, and considerably more dangerous than himself.
Neither expected those preferences to lead to each other.
Yet somewhere between battles, secret meetings, stolen kisses, and increasingly creative excuses for disappearing from their respective bases, Starscream and Bumblebee begin a relationship that absolutely no one—Autobot or Decepticon—can ever discover.
They think they have everything under control.
Then Starscream starts regurgitating energon.

As the Cybertronian Civil war slowly destroys their planet, it also changes the mechs who fight in it. The Decepticons grow more twisted, and a pervasive practice of sexual assault as a means of asserting power becomes rampant in their ranks. It even extends to some of the Autobot prisoners they capture.
Bumblebee is captured and given to Starscream as a toy to use until he offlines. Starscream is all too familiar with this practice, and refuses to go through with it. But when he's weak and injured from battle, there's nothing to prevent other mechs from jumping at the opportunity to put him in his place.
It's only a matter of time before his trine finds out what's been happening to him and cause a massive rift in the Decepticon ranks.

Dinobots were supposed to be extinct.
Cybertron had changed too much for them to survive: ages of brutal heat, collapsing ecosystems, endless civil wars, and the merciless hunts of the Predacons, their oldest and greatest enemies.
