Cleithrophobia is the fear of being locked in an enclosed place, doesn't have to be small, just a locked in area in which you can't get out.
Rick's the only one who knows that Shane is Cleithrophobic. Flashbacks included of an incident where Rick finds out will get all of this OP's love. When something goes awry, post-Z Day and no one can get Shane out (from wherever the fuck he is), Rick has to try and keep him calm as they attempt to free him. Chaos ensues
