Ratchet thinks he already knows, and his stomach twists. But he keeps his face neutral and rolls his eyes. “How would I kn—”
“It's telling me that my husband just took custody of a child,” Megatron snarls. He glances behind Ratchet, gazing into the house before looking back at him. “Why didn't anyone tell me? Why did I have to find out from my lawyer of all people?”
“Because he's not your husband anymore. The divorce will be finalized in two weeks,” Ratchet snarls right back as he crosses his arms. “You have no right to the kid.”
“He's still my husband and I have every right!” Megatron barks, shaking the papers in his fist.
“You don’t.”
