"Bobby! Athena!" he exclaims happily, cheeks dimpling from how wide his smile is. "Hey Buckaroo!" Athena greets him, pushing back his hair to place a kiss on his forehead. "I hear you've had a terrible time without us kid." Bobby states, joining Buck on the hospital bed. "Yeah," Buck says, kicking his legs to get some of the excitement out. "So many strangers visited me, and they were all super annoying." Athena smiled. "I think Bobby was referring to your new injuries rather than the visitors you had. " Buck smiles sheepishly. "Oh, well, I guess they slipped my mind." He admits.
Bobby chuckles and rubs his head. "I see you made a new friend. What's his name?" Bobby asks, pointing at the dog plushie sitting in Buck's lap. Buck groans good-naturedly, "You too, Bobby? He asks, shaking his head. "Why does everyone keep asking me that? It's an inanimate object." Buck complains, gesturing with his free hand.Bucks parents hid his classification to try and save Daniel. Now the secret is out and you know what they say about the road to hell. It's paved with good intentions.
