“What? You surprised? Stark isn’t the only tech genius in the world, you know. The rest of us bottom-feeders gotta find our way around the world somehow,” the blonde one said.
He tried to calm himself down. The man’s words didn’t mean anything. There was the chance that they didn’t know.
“W-what do you want from us?” Flash asked, his voice shaky and dripping in fear.
“Parker here has something that we want, and while I’m sure that he can’t actually give it to us, he can show us how he got it.”
The blood turned to ice in Peter’s veins. They knew. They knew. That was the only thing that could mean. That-
“So, here’s what’s going to happen, Spidey. You’re going to put these cuffs on nice and easy and come with us. We’re going to take a little trip, and when we get there, you’re going to tell us everything you know about the serum they gave you to give you your powers,” the brunette growled, raising the rifle.

“I had scoliosis,” Peter whispered, not looking away from where they’d heard the metal snap. He had gone pale. Bucky was sure he was a few shades lighter, himself. “That’s… that’s what I was gonna say before."
“Yeah?” Bucky asked. He loosened his grip on Peter’s shoulder, but didn’t take his hand away.
“My back still hurts sometimes,” Peter explained quietly. “But that might be because of the swinging. Hard to find a strong enough chiropractor to crack it, you know? Maybe… maybe two thousand tons of concrete would do it, though.” Bucky leveled his gaze at the kid. Peter looked back at him, swallowing hard.
“Let’s call that Plan B, okay?” Bucky suggested.
“Yeah, okay,” Peter mumbled.

Or, Peter gets caught in the collapse of a parking garage with a (mildly) concussed Bucky Barnes, and has a nice get-to-know-you sesh with our favorite super soldier while waiting for Tony to find a safe way get them out. Super chill, right? Everything's fine. Oh- and he's been impaled by two rods of rebar and can't move without risking bleeding out. That... complicates things.

"Harley's out there," he answered. "It sounds stupid when I say it out loud, but I'm worried. I know he's going to be fine. There's a bunch of people looking out for him, but I can't help it, you know?"
Ned snorted and gave him an exasperated look.
"How's it feel to get a taste of your own medicine?" he snarked.
Peter shoved him lightly, and a smile pulled at his lips.
"Don't be an ass, man. I-"
That familiar buzz started up in his ears.
He stopped and immediately twisted in the direction of where his senses were suddenly going haywire.
Something was coming. He tried to drown out the sound of the chatter around him, but he couldn't tell if the fighting was getting closer or if he was just imagining it.
"I really hate the fact that you have a tell when something is about to go horribly wrong," Ned groaned, dropping his head in defeat. His best friend had seen enough of that look in his years of Spiderman-ing to know exactly what it meant.
OR
There's an attack on New York, and Peter is stuck in school while Harley and the other Avengers are out there dealing with it.
At least until Harley accidentally brings the fight to him instead.
