Summary
This place was a spirit’s worst nightmare. The estate was hideous. All four elements were included in -what to some people- might’ve been a marvelous, cohesive, structure. But to Kyoshi it looked as if four architects from each nation were given a day to include their own respective culture into the mansion. And failed miserably.
Or: What if Kyoshi's parents didn't abandon her? What if she grew up as a Doafei being able to bend more than one element? But what if she wasn't told everything? And what if she met a certain firebender that made her misson much more difficult?

Things have been stressful for Kyoshi. First, she sang a poem and now the whole kitchen staff thinks it’s about Rangi, and is sure that there will be gossip. Then, Yun asks her to join him for the Fifth Nation treaty signing. Now Rangi’s acting strange. It’s becoming a bit much for Kyoshi’s small corner of the world.
(Canon Divergent AU- What if Kelsang wasn’t the one who heard the poem?….aka What if it took longer for them to realize Kyoshi was the Avatar?)
