“Do you wanna dance?” Quinn says suddenly. Their voice is jarring and Rhonda almost jumps at the sound, too lost in her thoughts to remember their presence.
She gives Quinn an unbelieving look as she finally processes the question.
“What?”
“Well, when I was a kid, my grandma always said the best way to get all your feelings out is to dance,” they clarify hesitantly with a small laugh. “With everything going on, we both probably have a lot of feelings to get out.”

Rhonda wants to cross over more than anything. When Janet turned her opportunity down, Rhonda was admittedly upset. How could someone turn their back on the only way to escape their high school purgatory? She gets into a comfortable rhythm with Quinn as she tries to open her door but it isn’t until Rhonda finally gets her chance that she realizes the choice isn’t as easy as she thought it would be.

“Are you-” Rhonda’s voice breaks the silence, it's laced with uncertainty “...Are you okay?”
And what a question to start with, the one question they haven't been able to answer since they started their wandering.
“I- don’t know?” The hesitation is blaring in their voice, but they can see her mouth twitch quickly in the corner like it usually does when she’s amused, it’s like a ‘blink or you miss it’ tick - one that once Quinn noticed, they haven’t stopped noticing.
“Probably wasn’t the best question to start with huh?” she sighs

Summary
When Charley finds himself stranded in the middle of nowhere, with his car stuck in a ditch and the opening act of a blizzard raging around him, he's forced to rely on the kindness and hospitality of a stranger to survive the night. Unfortunately, that stranger also happens to embody everything Charley's ever wanted in a man. You would think romance would be the last thing on his mind after narrowly avoiding the grim fate of freezing to death, and it should be. But the more he talks to his unexpected savior, the more he can feel himself falling down that familiar, slippery pink slope.
Too bad there's no way Yuri could possibly be feeling the same. Because, if anything, this night has proved that Charley's not that lucky...right?
