Summary
Reincarnating as a crow was nicer than you would think... until the Trouble Twins found the summoning scroll for the Karasu. Then they grew on her, and she had to save their lives. How annoying. They better gave her lots of almonds or she would elope with the ninken summoner!

Summary
At the end of the 3rd Shinobi War, Konoha is bankrupted.
When he's offered an alliance that may save his clan and village, Shikaku Nara would be a very poor shinobi if he refused, even if he's not really keen on a political marriage.
At least his wife seems smart enough...AO3 exclusive scenes in chapter 3.

Summary
Being reborn with her memories intact was pretty great. Being reborn into a world plagued by war was a little less great.
Being reborn literally decades before canon events fucking sucked.
Senju Tsunade wants what she was previously denied: a long, peaceful life, a family that loves her and a job that brings her purpose. Instead she gets life as a career killer, a family destined to die before she reaches adulthood and no job prospects that wouldn't include murder.
Awesome.
This story was tailored to create a believable romance for Orochimaru that neither redeems him nor portrays him as a toxic, possessive, obsessive monster. The first part of the story will focus on Tsunade to show how she becomes the sort of person that could have a relatively healthy relationship with someone like him.
The fic is COMPLETE.
