Omega Bruce in distress, half of his kids as Alpha react accordingly because of instincts, Betas as support.
Basicially when Bruce returns from a particularly brutal mission, his scent is wrong, like TOO sharp, TOO distressed, triggering every protective instinct in his children. What follows is an all out war to scent mark their father and remind him he's safe, claimed, and loved.
Also despite the summary implying everyone is out scent each other, this is more of a Batfamily members each taking turns to try to scent Bruce.

Bruce sniffed the air. Did Captain Marvel have a kid? He had the distinctive lingering scent that pups usually carried. Batman shrugged it off. Who cares if the man had kids. It was none of Bruce’s business.
As the meeting went on however, Bruce frowned. Captain Marvel was very immature...
It wasn’t surprising that the other members of the League hadn’t noticed. Alphas and betas weren’t as instinctively drawn to pups. They cared for their own, not the pups of others. Omegas however, were genetically programmed to be nurturing, and they would help any pup in need. As evidenced by Bruce’s menagerie of children.
Captain Marvel was a pup in need—an orphan named BATSON no less. Bruce simply had to take the pup home to his nest. So that's what he did.

The door opened to the most bodalicious mom in existence. “Shiro-chan, you’re home! How was school? You forgot your lunch!” She flailed a lunch box with such enthusiasm it was a wonder it didn’t pop and explode.

Humble weed dealer JJ lives in a quiet suburban corner of Karakura, but his peace is disturbed when the hottest of the hottest moms and her icy white-haired child move into the house across the street. Mama-san claims that they moved to this neighborhood to find her no-good runaway perv “husband,” but JJ can’t help but feel that there is something off about them. JJ’s suspicions increase when Mama-san invites him to dinner and won’t take no for an answer. Also, his roommate and business partner Homura keeps insisting they watch out for the giant masked worm that appeared recently, just in case they get eaten or something crazy like that.
