Collection of older multifandom drabbles ! Most of the earlier ones (I think three) were written by a friend but everything else was written by me !
this is mostly an experiment on myself - I find that often when I post something it actually motivates me to make it better so the hope is that by posting these I will rewrite them :-) -

Summary
The bitter truth of it all was that both Pete Mitchell and Charlie Blackwood had not wanted to be parents.
But Charlie wasn't going to abort the child and Pete would never ask her to. They were barely even dating, they had never really been dating. And Goose had just died and Carole was all by herself, and Charlie had just gotten her new job in DC. So when the child is born, he's not exactly either of their first priorities. It just happens that he never manages to climb that list.

Jacob Thomas Seresin-Mitchell was born on the coldest, darkest night of January in the middle of nowhere, Texas. Seresin is Charlie's mothers maiden name, and of course he gets his fathers last name. He has Pete's eyes and Charlies hair.

Summary
There are times when — after not having had company for too long, Shanks realizes how in spite of his general charm and simply wonderful crew, he does require a certain level of… more intimate human connection. In his earlier years, before he lost his arm, before he even earned his title as an emperor — this time of necessary human interaction was easily dealt with by a visit to either a bar, or later, Mihawk. Afterward, it is much harder for him to deal with such an issue. Has this led Shanks to making what others may call, “stupid decisions” ? Maybe so.
This is all to say that Shanks had meant to only have a one night stand with Trafalgar Law - and he is very much aware that this entanglement should not have lasted as long as it has (and continues to last)

Summary
Katsuki thinks that maybe he should have brought popcorn for this.
Deku is vibrating out of his skin next to Katsuki, and he knows that he has bulletpoints written down in his notebook; talking points on how to convince Shinsou to pick up hero training and to continue pursuing his dream of being a hero and Katsuki can't wait to see Shinsou bullshitting his way through this.
It's going to be great, Katsuki is certain of it, and he leans back further in his chair, arms crossed behind his head when Shinsou finally knocks at Deku's door.

Summary
He was still fractured and unmade by Ino’s injury and the resurface of Asuma’s death memory, but Naruto had a way of chasing away that hollow feeling; carefully slipping himself into every crack and crevice of Shikamaru’s self from years of being a child soldier.
