Summary
When Kakashi had proposed they move in together following the war, Obito had agreed, thinking that he intended to keep an eye on him. Seeing Kakashi in such a painfully domestic scenario hurt, reminding him of all he was no longer allowed to have. He’d caused too much damage to ever be permitted the sort of kindness he craved from Kakashi.
Not that Kakashi was being particularly kind to him now.
