His face turned towards Foggy. “I had no idea you felt that way about me, mister Nelson.” He said with a flirty grin that, again, really would have led to a very unfortunate situation in Foggy’s pants a couple of months ago.
“What?” He gasped out. Feeling, sounding and probably looking a bit like a beached fish.
Matt’s smile went from flirty to deeply amused. “The face touching thing doesn’t actually do anything, Foggy.” He said casually, like he wasn't turning Foggy’s entire world on its head.
-Or, I wanted to give an in-universe explanation for the face touching scene, when the majority of blind people explain that it doesn't work as depicted in fiction. Just a fluffy one shot set during college, can be read as either platonic or romantic depending on your interpretation.

Summary
Foggy and Matt never met at school. They cross paths for the first time while working opposite sides of a case, and Matt doesn't leave an impression beyond the superficial: a blind, pro-bono crusader who Foggy will feel really guilty about having to oppose in court one of these days. Seemed like a nice guy, but no one Foggy will worry about a week later.
He has more important things on his mind, like the masked vigilante who keeps cornering him in dark alleys to threaten him for information.
