Summary
Izuku is born quirkless in almost every world, on every path fate could choose. But not this time. Izuku had always believed he was quirkless, even when this could not be further from the truth. (Even when it should have been painfully obvious.) So, no, Izuku is not quirkless. Karma and chance bend the world around him, to pay back all the injustice and injury he faces. And perhaps this could have been brushed off as good luck. But then the League of Villains steps in, and things become, quite frankly, ridiculous.
Izuku has a karma quirk, and canon was dragged kicking and screaming off-stage.

Summary
Ladybug had a bad night. Well, okay, a lot of bad nights. But things come to a head when she accidentally breaks through a window after being injured. So she ends up in Adrien's bedroom in the middle of the night. Because of course she did. Adrien just wants to help the love of his life (and maybe take a piece out of whomever hurt her), and figure out what on earth is going on with Marinette.
Or, where Hawk Moth is just a little more powerful, Adrien is a concerned friend, and Marinette needs (and deserves) a vacation (or twelve).

They gravitated towards Zuko whenever the temperature dipped even slightly. At night, he often woke to someone pulling their bedroll towards him, or slipping under his arm, or turning over in their sleep and colliding with his shoulder.
It alarmed him, at first. It had never been a good thing when someone woke him in the dead of the night.
It was strange, then, that he was on the run without Uncle, officially a traitor to his homeland, and for the first time since his mother left, he woke in the night sandwiched between bodies, feeling safe.

Summary
AU where Zuko realises early into his banishment that Ozai is an abusive bastard who sent him on a wild goose chase. Iroh turns their decommissioned warship into a floating tea shop, and Zuko settles down as a tea server onboard the Jasmine Dragon.
And then, years later, the Avatar emerges from the iceberg.
And then Aang decides that he wants Zuko, the first good firebender he’s met this century, to be his firebending teacher - even though Zuko wants nothing to do with him.
