The small piece of cloth that had fallen underneath the settee hadn’t been there the previous day as far as Daeron knew. He recognized the fabric immediately, the familiar irregular stitching of the monogram that could only have been wrought by his own hand.
It was the smell that Daeron did not recognize, something floral that could be jasmine and was neither Valarr’s nor his.
Daeron and Valarr are married, with a child, and with a dire need for communication between them.

Fuck. Fuck, shit, damn it. He didn't think this would come back to him.
"Did we have sex?" Red muses, but his face shows no trace of the usual teasing, or the smirk Frank has gotten used to. It has... sadness to it, a tinge of longing and hurt and frustration, like he's not sure if he wants to remember it. Well, not that Frank can really blame him. Who would sleep with the fucking Punisher and actually be proud of it? "Do we still... are we fucking? How did that happen?"
(Or, Matt gets shot in the head, loses his memory and a little bit more than that. He doesn't remember what they were to each other, but somehow, Frank still becomes the anchor that keeps him from going under when the world starts to fall apart.)

Not a lot of people have this number, only Matt and a few co-workers, the latter unlikely to call at this time. Which only left Matt.
“Red ?” He couldn't quite curb the concern in his voice.

“Jason,” Dick whispers, reverent.
The hand lingers for a few heartbeats near Jason’s brow, tracing the furrow and lightly skipping the edges of his eyelashes. Jason doesn’t open his eyes, continues his feigned mien of sleep and comfort, which fools neither of the individuals in the room.
“We’re playing this again, huh,” Dick murmurs, voice soft to keep up the charade. He tugs on the thin sheet covering Jason’s body, palming greedily at his sides before fully exposing him. The surprised intake of breath makes Jason shift, moving to stretch his legs and carefully arrange them to display the lines of lean muscle covered by a thin strip of lace.
It’s just a single sound but Jason so does love to surprise Dick Grayson.
Something about the sight, about Jason asleep and clad in virginal white, makes Dick linger.
