Summary
Red Hood's men are… a bit unusual. They're still clearly the henchmen of the new and upcoming Crime Lord who openly and aggressively hates Batman but for some reason… they're dead set on helping Robin.
They're even fairly good at helping out. Though, when Robin gets hit with a modified version of Poison Ivy's pollen, their solution is to call his 'older brother' who apparently they think is Red Hood himself.

A blinding flash lit up the alley below, blinding him.
Jason yelped, “GAH—!” and flailed mid-air. His grappling line snagged late, making him slam awkwardly onto the opposite ledge. He skidded, boots scraping brick, landing in a graceless tangle of cape and limbs.
“Okay,” Jason wheezed, untangling himself. “What the hell—”
He whipped his head around, scanning the shadows. And there it was. Or rather... there they were. A kid.
Jason’s jaw dropped. “Are you— did you just flashbang me with a Polaroid?!”

Summary
The family doctor was straight to the point and concluded that Tim’s hearing was damaged after being so close to the explosion. The only thing that the old doctor was able to tell them was that , as long as Tim was careful, not blasting music, not being close to loud things like radios or intercoms, then his hearing should be ok. The doctor could not have anticipated that Tim would become a vigilante.
